Darren has worked within the Aviation Industry for over 15 years, working very closely with Steve Crawley. Darren has worked as an Auditor, Inspector and Trainer within the Aviation industry.
Darren is a specialist in providing consultancy, auditing/inspections and training services specialising in De & Anti-icing, Fuel Safety, SMS, Human Factors.
Steve Crawley
Steve is a long-standing and well-known industry professional with over 30 years of experience working for British Midland Airways before starting his own company, Clear Sky Aviation, in 2012.
Steve is a specialist in providing consultancy, and training services specialising in De & Anti-icing, Fuel Safety, Engineering Continuation, SMS, Human Factors, and Manual Handling.
Simon Miles
Simon started in the industry back in 1982 and has worked for companies such as Emirates, British Airways, Qatar Airways and Virgin Atlantic Airways, both in the UK and overseas.
After leaving Virgin Atlantic in 2014, Simon started Miles Aviation Consultancy Ltd based in Brighton, UK. As Ground Operations & Ground Handling specialists, the company provides consultancy, training, audit and documentation services to the commercial, business and military aviation industry.

ABOUT SAFS
Guided by over 25 years experience in the De & Anti-Icing sector.
Star Aviation Fluid Services Ltd (SAFS) started life in early 2021. It was quickly identified a need to establish an independent fluid-testing company that completely understands how the sector operates.
Steve Crawley has been training, consultation, audit and documentation services, for many years so setting up SAFS was an obvious next move. Although SAFS is a young company, it is backed by many years of front-line and industry experience.
SAFS now provides the commercial, business and military aviation industry with a much needed, high quality, reliable and independent testing service, which is completely aligned to the needs of the industry.
